The Coolest Adaptive Sports Equipment is Now Available in Europe
Since its launch in 2019, Spike has taken the Norwegian adaptive sports equipment market by storm as an effective tool for exercise and occupational therapy. Now, it is available for customers in Europe as well.
A reason behind Spikes popularity has to do with Spikes ability to give the rider a fun experience while exercising important muscle and coordination groups. Norwegian Spike owners range from 13-60 years old with disabilities such as Cerebral palsy (CP), Spinal cord injuries (SCI), Spina bifida, Amputees and Paraplegics.
Over the years, we have regularly received Spike requests from customers in Europe. Now, we’re happy to announce that after almost two years since its initial launch in Norway, Spike is available in Europe.
Here’s how it works:
1) Book a free online demo
To make sure Spike is right for you we recommend an online video demo first. Here, we will go through the features of Spike, adjustments and how it works, and you can ask the questions you may have about Spike.
Book a meeting through the button below. This will bring you to a page with a meeting calendar where you can pick a date and time that works for you.

2) Try out Spike for FREE with our 30 days free return
If you’ve already had an online demo but not sure if Spike works for you we recommend using the 30 days free return option. This means that you are purchasing Spike by following step 3 below.
From the day you receive Spike you have 30 days to try it out and check if the sitting position and functionality works for you. Test it outdoors on different terrain like roads, gravel paths, forest trails or tracks. Test out the steering system and brakes and enjoy the ride.
If it doesn’t fit your needs or if you change your mind you’re free to return Spike and get your money back.
Be aware that Spike must be handled with care and that you must inform us and return Spike within 30 days if you want to return it to get your money back.
3) Ordering and purchasing Spike
Add Spike The Complete Set to your cart. Go to Checkout and fill in your email, shipping address and additional information.
Payment can be done by credit card or PayPal. After purchasing your Spike you’ll get an automated confirmation email.
Once the engineering team has reviewed your order you will also receive an email with an estimated shipping date and a request for measurements so that we can adjust Spike to you upon delivey.
Spike is pre-assembled and adjusted to you based on the measurements you inserted in the Spike Sizing Form. Therefore, it is sent on a pallet inside a wooden box to protect it during shipping.

5) Shipping Spike
DHL is our preferred shipping partner. Once they have picked up your Spike at Exero HQ just outside of Oslo, Norway, we will send you the tracking information. From here you can track your Spike all the way from Norway to your doorstep.
6) Receiving Spike
Spike comes on a pallet and is delivered to your door. Sign for the received package and you’re good to go. Now, the fun part starts - unboxing!
